The research was conducted by involving 75 employees of X Company. The objective is to find out the influence organizational culture and organizational commitment (independent variable) toward job satisfaction (dependent variable). Data were analyzed by using multiple regression. The result indicated that the influence between independence variable and dependence variable is significant. Based on statistics, it is found that the empiric score’s mean of each scale which is divided to subject shows that subject has high score in each observed variable, either the organizational culture, organizational commitment, or job satisfaction.
